Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Do Program Planning and Implementation of Health Services.
- Assess needs and problems of the communities.
- Make plan of action to be submitted to immediate Supervisor.
- Implement approved programs in Health Service.
- Organized, prepare, conduct training, and disseminate information on Red Cross services.
- Monitor and evaluate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities.
- Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services.
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with prior approval of Chapter Manager.
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and at National Headquarters.
- Seeks for the improvements of services deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals, and innovations.
- Assist in fostering healthy relationships with the Chapter and other organizations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Medical Science.
- At least 1-year experience in training or facilitation.
- Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer is preferred (or similar humanitarian organization).
- Project management or coordination experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
