Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
To assist in the promotion of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Blood Services, coordinate and delivering information dissemination, education, and training on donor recruitment and retention.
- Ensure continuing supply of blood in the Blood Center via Donor Recruitment
- Organize public appeals (pep talks), lectures, and promotional activities to seek support for a voluntary blood donation
- Identify opportunities and design dissemination & educational materials for advocacy and promotion of voluntary blood donations.
- Foster relationship with other organizations such NGOs, LGUs, hospitals and community groups on behalf of PRC to support blood donation promotion.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- At least one (1) month experience in donor recruitment and retention
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be assigned to other areas
