Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation necessary in the implementation of the project activities at the NHQ and chapters
- Review chapters’ project field expense vouchers and required supporting documents for accounting and auditing processing
- Facilitate follow-up for the timely submission of the chapter reports for appropriate management review and feedback
- Assist in the review of the recommendation and proposals from the chapters to facilitate timely implementation in the field
- Facilitate the timely allocation and delivery of resources needed for field operations
- Ensure and maintains proper and systematic filing system of the project documentation and reports.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience working with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Knowledge on the Road Safety is preferred
- Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
