Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Position Purpose: To assist and support the Payroll Officer with the preparation and processing of an accurate & timely payroll for Philippine Red Cross staff
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll process and salary payments (including permanent, temporary, contractual, consultant and casual staff)
- Assist the Payroll Officer with preparation of monthly payroll, payroll reports, social obligations and final pay preparation
- Validate payroll and associated data and supporting documentation for accuracy & legitimacy prior to processing
- Assist the Payroll Officer with preparation of calculation and payment for resigned, end of contract and retired employees
- Ensure that the Release Waiver and Quit Claim form are completed in a timely manner.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ payroll related work experience
- Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
