Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage the execution of the project activities in the implementing chapter.
- Uphold cooperation and partnership between communities, project staff, and project partners.
- Support the preparation of chapter-based monthly implementation plan and budget preparation.
- Coordinate with technical counterparts in the WASH Department, Chapter evel, and project partners for planning and implementation of service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the project activities in the area to determine more areas for improvement.
- Facilitate requirement and recommendations for project activities.
- Organize the team of volunteer for maximization of resources, administrative tasks, information dissemination, and project implementation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related courses.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in WASH initiatives in a similar role
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer
