Area Sales Supervisor - North Manila  

• Responsible for client servicing and client acquisition.
• Build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate future income by nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Serves as the direct link between the company and the existing client, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan, develop and execute sales strategies, often to meet an established quota.
• Perform extensive research and learning all about the clients' products, marketing goals and needs.
• Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages.
• Manage and evaluate promoter's performance, organize and distribute promoter's schedules.
• Monitoring of sell-outs.

• Monitor and Deliver POP/merchandising materials in area.
• Help brand promoters achieve sales targets.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Any other Ad-Hoc task given by the Regional of Sales Manager.

• At least 1 year of work experienced is required for this position, with experience in the same industry is an advantage.
• People Management Skills, Punctual, Professionalism, Marketing and Sales Skills, Hardworking and Can motivate people to increase sales, People Oriented, Planning Skills, Excellent Leadership Skills.
• Willing to be trained under minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
• Must be willing to do field works.
• Applicants must be willing to work in North Manila area.
