Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordinate with Business Development Officer on documentations needed for principals and Property Administrators.
- Manage the preparation of newly-accepted properties for marketing.
- Schedule prompt taking of photos for marketing of new units.
- Conduct market survey on rental rates for competitve pricing of the managed properties.
- Coordinate with Marketing Staff on the posting of ads for the managed properties.
- Direct/Supervise the schedules of viewing and occupancy of the managed properties.
- Direct/Supervise the schedules of maintenance and repairs on our managed properties.
- Coordinate with the PM Staff on their daily tasks.
- Handle communications with principals.
- Ensure timely payment and/or remittance of utility bills and other dues for all managed properties.
- Work with the Accounting Staff in preparing Statements of Account for principals.
- Ensure timely reporting of Statements of Account to the principals.
- Ensure timely disbursement of rental proceeds to principals.
- Conduct regular and random inspection visits on all managed properties and check inventories of facilities & equipment.
- Liaise with HR on the PM Staff's compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Orient new PM Staff, as needed.
- Recommend, as appropriate to HR, trainings & development activities for Staff.
- Facilitate the turn over of unit back to the principal (or authorized representative).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Graduate, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Preferably, with one year experiece as Project Management Coordinator or Events Coordinator.
- Good communication skills and akin to coordinating with all levels of people.
- Detail-oriented.
