Human Resource (HR) Coordinator  

We are a growing startup company that needs an HR Coordinator to help us in hiring people to fill vacant positions in the team and in developing our own Human Resource Policy.

We need someone experienced and reliable. This is a significant role in the company that is demanding in the short term, but definitely rewarding in the long term.

Immediate tasks will mainly be in the hiring process to fill vacant positions in the company:

• Source candidates (includes handling our employer account here in Kalibrr).
• Administer diagnostic/pre-qualification exams.
• Conduct interviews with applicants.
• Do background checking.
• Review requirements submitted by successful candidates.
• Do contract signing.
• Provide assistance in orientation of new employees.

Mid-term tasks:

• Develop the following:
  • Compensation structure
  • HR Policies
  • Career development plan

Regular tasks:

• Handle the following:
  • Salaries disbursement using our payroll and disbursement platform.
  • Remittance of mandatory deductions and benefits.
  • Reporting on withholding taxes with BIR.
• Monitor employees' compliance with relevant company policies.

• Graduate of Psychology or other related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in hiring for companies.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations.
• Basic knowledge in accounting for wages and benefits.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (at least Word and Excel).
• Willing to work in Fort Bonifacio (BGC).
