KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and coordinate all PCPPI activities related to safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote and provide safe working environment to PCPPI personnel and its resources.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of PCPPI manufacturing plants to pertinent environmental laws and regulations.
- Ensure zero incidences of compliance breeches.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer and/or a graduate of any BS degree or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years background and work experience in industrial safety and pollution control.
- 5 years background and experience in managing people.
- Preferably an accredited Safety Practitioner and PCO.
- With working knowledge of ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
- Knowledgeable in safety management.
- Trained on Safety and Environmental Protection or related courses / discipline.
- Aware of the basic Environment, Health, and Safety laws and regulation.
- Fluency in communication skills both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence people.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff including business partners and vendors.
