- Frequent communication with Project Architect.
- Review and interpret documentation ‘mark-ups’ by Project Architect and update of Revit model
- Documentation of projects at all stages of architectural project delivery including:
- Masterplanning
- Concept and Schematic Design
- Planning Approvals
- Construction Certificate
- Tender Documentation
- Contract Administration
- Provide Revit models & documentation at various stages of Architectural projects.
- Provide technical feedback on the Revit models and documentation processes.
- Liaise with Project Manager regarding the status of Revit models and documentation.
- Apply, manage & maintain project Revit documentation standards; including folder systems, template files, libraries, project work space files.
- Develop content for GROUPN asset library with BIM Manager to office protocols for use throughout GROUPN.
- Assist in periodic reviews of Revit practices and protocols with the BIM manager and undertake regular audits of content that is stored in the Revit asset library.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 5+ years of Autodesk Revit experience on commercial projects.
- 5+ years of experience undertaking construction documentation
- Experience working remotely for Australian firms
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
- Expert Revit technician
- Excellent command of Australian English, including language specific to
- construction and documentation terminologies and common abbreviations.
- Ability to adapt technical expertise to GROUPN documentation standards.
- Ability to manage time against extensive project time programs to meet
- deadlines for document delivery.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology (i.e. Bachelor or Masters Degree from a University, or Advanced Diploma from a Technical Institute or College or equivalent)
- Certificate of qualification in Revit or Autodesk software (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to office protocols, documentation standards & templates.
- Ability to adhere to timelines.
