General Manager  

As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the
company based on its strategic directions. This includes making sure targets are met,
planning areas for improvement, and ensuring the overall development of the
organization’s performance. This also includes helping cultivate the company culture
and mentoring other members to improve professionalism and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the team.
• Set targets and ensure team members meet them.
• Indicate and plan areas for improvement.
• Identify problems and craft solutions to address them.
• Optimize the development of the organization’s system and performance.
• Implement high impact performance feedback system to help employees develop to their full potential.
• Serve as the bridge between senior management and the rest of the team, resolving pertinent issues.
• Help cultivate company culture—be there as a mentor to improve professionalism and productivity of team members who may join us fresh out of college.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• At least 2 years experience as a General Manager or a total of 5 years in solid managerial experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English communication.
• Proficiency in various computer applications like Microsoft Office and Basecamp.
• Committed to high professional ethical standards.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and manages time well.
• A creative thinker and possesses innovative problem solving skills.
• Interested in travel and exploring cities worldwide.
• Flexible on work hours.

Bonus Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• Experienced working for big corporations and start-ups.
• Proficiency in language(s) other than English and Filipino.
