- Responsible for planning and execution of all communication - digital and social media strategy/activities
- Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing programs (KPIs, Facebook analysis, web analytics,and sales return)
- Timeline and monitor execution of all digital marketing programs to ensure milestones and program are delivered on time
- Develop and implement well informed, cross-platform social media and digital marketing strategies/plans and support management to make informed decisions regarding digital strategy
- Identify new digital tools and best practices and how these can be most effectively applied
- Liaise and work with graphic designer as needed, to produce visuals, infographics and apps for digital campaigns
- Support other teams in PB as needed and develop guidance documents
- Working knowledge of Urchin Traffic Monitor, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, organizational development or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years experience working in Search Engines and Social Platforms.
- Ability to compile, review and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and insights.
- Strong Analytical skills to measure, manage, analyses and report on KPI's
- Excellent project management skills and an understanding of the search engine marketing industry, paid search, display and retargeting, and best practices across these channels.
- Adept at using a wide range of social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn
