Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Grow the OnFrontiers network by recruiting key thought leaders and subject-matter Experts, by leveraging online resources, recruiting campaigns, trade and business association lists, referrals, and even your personal network and relationships
- Identify and engage prospective Experts – educate them on the relevant client engagements and the OnFrontiers’s value proposition
- Consult with client-facing Research Managers and Business Development colleagues to fulfill time-sensitive project requests for clients
- Understand clients’ objectives and research goals to effectively recruit the right Experts for their needs
- Understand OnFrontiers’s current industry coverage to fill relevant network gaps and improve project fulfillment
- Work on other strategic projects associated with building our network of Experts
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Innate personal confidence – ability to thrive in uncertainty, think on your feet and make good judgments.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities (telephone, email, in-person, etc.)
- Excellent creative thinking and research skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a sales, market research, or recruiting role Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university
- Amenable to working in Quezon City area
- Amenable to working on a night shift
