Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping
- Update collection records from Client in XERO system.
- Update payment records to Vendors in XERO system.
- Journal entries
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Reconcile Employee expense reimbursement versus records in the system.
- Reconcile Petty Cash Fund and other books of accounts.
- Update Bank Reconciliation in XERO
- Other general accounting and administrative tasks
- Organize and update Accounting files.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Student of Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or any related course.
- Must be available to start asap and should render at least 200 hours with at least 6- 8 hours minimum requirement a day.
- Knowledgeable in GAAP and basic bookkeeping.
- Enthusiastic self-starter – someone with “go-getter” attitude that proactively takes on new tasks.
- Must have a keen attention to details and can finish his/her tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
