Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee Cleaning Staff's and the sites’ daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance checks to cover A/C systems, electrical, furniture, lighting, and plumbing.
- Perform inventory management of office equipment, supplies, and consumables.
- Set up, relocate, and install clients' workspace setup.
- Assist FM in liaising with building management, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in events setup and front of house (reception).
- Provide emergency response and support.
- Perform general administration and leave cover for FM.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College level or technical diploma.
- Good working knowledge of systems related to A/C, electrical, lighting, and plumbing.
- Basic working knowledge of computer networking is an advantage.
