OnFrontiers (www.onfrontiers.com), a peer-to-peer knowledge marketplace for business professionals, located in New York, is seeking an Expert Lead Associate. We’re a growing,fast-paced, socially minded startup. Our web app is a marketplace where knowledge-seekers can find and schedule interactions with business experts across every emerging market. Co-founders, Anne Kroijer and Brian Caouette, started OnFrontiers in 2014 after spending their careers working in emerging markets and recognizing the enormous need to reduce information gaps that hold back progress.

About the Role

Expert Lead Associates are enthusiastic professionals who help develop and grow the OnFrontiers network. Our subject-matter Experts are our asset and vital to the service that we provide. The Expert Lead Associate role is an exciting position where you will be at the front lines of identifying business leaders and top talent worldwide to join and grow our network. Additionally, you’ll get to move the needle forward in influencing investment, development, and business decisions globally.

Primary responsibilities

• Help grow the OnFrontiers network by identifying key thought leaders and subject-matter Experts, by leveraging online resources, reports, trade and business association lists, and even your own personal network and relationships.
• Find and provide any and all contact information (telephone, email, websites, etc.) for identified Experts.
• Consult with client-facing Expert Research Managers and Business Development colleagues to help fulfill time-sensitive project requests for clients.
• Understand clients’ objectives and research goals to effectively recruit the right Experts for their needs.
• Understand OnFrontiers’ current industry coverage to fill relevant network gaps and improve project fulfillment.
• Work on other strategic projects associated with building our network of Experts

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top tier university.
• 0-1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales, market research, or research role.
• Superior research and communication skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities using various communication channels (telephone, email, in-person, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to think on your feet and make good judgments.
• English proficiency.
• Amenable to working in Quezon City area.
• Amenable to working on night shifts (US hours).
