Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities:
- Audit & action the refund requests received on daily basis both on GDS & Merchant Account.
- Reporting errors in refund requests to the concerned person/department.
- Maintaining daily log sheet of refunds processed.
- Emailing concerned parties/departments for follow up on refunds.
- Calling Airlines wherever applicable
Goals:
- Ensuring smooth functioning of activities. Keeping a tab on the Queue Count & ensure speedy refund of escalated cases
- Ensuring the high level of quality check before processing any refund.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Thorough knowledge of the airline industry processes & practices
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing / Refunds
- Well versed /working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre (GDS) - should know how to check for fare rules, ticket status, schedule changes, cancellations. Knowledge of GDS exchanges would be an additional benefit
- Excellent command in fare rule interpretation
- Good communication skills
- Above average comprehension skills
- Diligence and attention to details
- Organized in their work
