Human Resource (HR) Manager  

ABOUT THE JOB

Human Resources is the main service of Penbrothers! We are looking for a knowledgable and dynamic individual looking to be part of a multinational and evergrowing team who services the top start-ups in Manila! As the HR Manager, you will be part of the pioneer team in crafting the vision, direction and strategies of the HR team of Penbrothers. You will be working closely with Top Management, fellow HR professionals and a core team of passionate people!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in creating the plans and strategies that the HR team will implement
• Identify, develop, and evaluate strong HR policies and services that cater to Penbrothers and its clients
• Manage compensation and benefits and employee relations and
• Liaise with Penbrothers' clients to determine how we can add value to our existing services
• Works alongside Top Management with decision making, direction-setting and evaluation.

• College Graduate is a minimum, A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Business Administration is a plus!
• A minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in Human Resourcesis a plus!
• Wants to work in a dynamic, fun and growing start up
