Data Entry Specialists  

We are looking for data entry specialist with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for ensuring that all traveling arrangements for Pana’s members (individuals or businesses) are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Verifies entered member and account data by reviewing, correcting, and/or reentering customers travel data; combining those from both internal and external systems when customer account information is incomplete.
• Maintains member confidence and protects Pana’s operations by keeping information confidential.
• Outbound calls to airlines, hotels or restaurants if needed.
• Secures flight information by completing data (similar to a typist), to enter or update data into a computer system database.
• Quality customer service by booking guest reservations on behalf of our members.

• Preferably those who graduated Tourism and Mass Communication or equivalent
• Process driven with the ability to run with tasks when little prompt is given.
• Internet savvy
• Accurate and very keen to details and should have solid organizational skills because you’ll often work on itineraries for many members at once.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Candidates with personal travel experience is preferred.
