Digital Marketing Specialist | E-commerce and Klaviyo  

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the team and our clients with 2 main activities: conversion optimization and e-mail marketing.

• He/she will work on e-commerce projects and on a daily basis will be doing tasks like:
• Conversion research (Google Analytics analysis, user testing, click map analysis, form analysis, expert review,...)
• Setting up A/B tests (together with our developer)
• Analyzing A/B tests and writing reports
• Auditing the e-mail marketing of existing and prospective clients
• Set up e-mail automation in Klaviyo
• Set up e-mail campaigns in Klaviyo
• Help the agency where needed with our own marketing

• Mid Level or Senior level
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Preferably some other form of digital marketing experience too so he/she understands really well what our role is in the bigger picture
• Strategic thinker
• A lot of e-commerce experience
• Very analytical - loves data
• Can work independently
• CRO experience is a bonus, but no must (we're willing to train the person up)
• Native-level English (our clients are mainly in the US and UK so this is very important)
