Finance Operation Supervisor  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that average collection period is maintained at 30 days or lower.
• Manage optimization of digital banks (e.g.Revolut, Payoneer, Transferwise), including automation and API integration.
• Monitor problematic accounts and manage escalation protocol to mitigate credit risks.
• Develop better ways of doing business, especially on the report-to-report function of working capital.
• Generate hard savings and/or FTE efficiencies in working capital roll-forward.
• Develop and maintain a financial model system that forecasts and monitors timing of cash inflows and outflows
• Liaise with Products Team to manage impact of cash flow fluctuation to curation/sourcing activities
• Ensure high level performance of the team, specially direct reports, which are the Finance Supervisor, and Controller
• Ensure alignment of vision-mission of the Group and the department to the team, ensuring harmony and better morale

• Possesses a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or similar undergraduate studies
• 3-5 years (Supervisor) or 2-3 years (Officer) working experience in planning and analysis, corpofinance, and/or controllership
• Atleast 1 year experience (Supervisor) in handling and coaching direct reports
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation highly preferred
• Nice to Have: Exposure in projects which optimizes working capital of the company (i.e. receivable management, stock strategy, payable deferral)
• Nice to Have: Experience handling BI tool or data mining techniques
• Able to effectively communicate in English
