WordPress Technical Support Engineer

• We are now looking for an additional person to join our team in Makati. We need someone who has the dedication required to learn and apply our support philosophy to each customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via any of the following: helpdesk, online chat, email, forum.
• Logging into customer websites and figuring out the cause of any problems they have
• Offering technical solutions & explanations in a way so that a non-technical person can understand
• Documenting software bugs and improvements so that developers can easily understand and work on them
• Focusing on developing your skills with an aim to improve a little bit each day (Kaizen)

• Excellent written English & communication skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with new software
• Proficiency with WordPress, HTML & CSS
• The desire to learn and develop skills, every day
• The discipline to take customer support as seriously as we do
