Senior Screening Analyst  

Job Overview:

To onboard counterparties and perform due diligence on third-parties, including bank account verification.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day activities with regard to counterparty onboarding processes
• Support the Team on recurring issues and provide solutions to them
• Perform sanctions screening
• Verify documents and validate data of information received
• Review of false positive hits in accordance to documented business rules
• Prepare enhanced due diligence and other screening reports
• Perform quality checks
• Allocate and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Complete the bank account follow-up & verification as per SLA
• Work collaboratively within MCaaS & with DA-Desk operations department, Ports Payable,
• Onboarding, ARM, & CX team to ensure customers’ needs are met in the most appropriate manner
• Identify the gaps in process and suggest ideas to enhance the process in filling the gaps
• Identify training requirements within the team and sharing with Team Lead
• Perform a variety of supervisory duties that can change on a daily basis to achieve the daily
• volume
• Co-ordinate within team to resolve internal issues and doubts, train, support and motivate other
• team members
• Support team lead in planning the shift and work distribution
• Provide operational support, project assistance, and meet deadlines as assigned by the Head of Dept.

• Graduate of any Bachelor degree course
• Candidate should have atleast year of experience in any banking, financial institution
• Candidate should have Basic Sanctions, Estimate Date of Delivery (EDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or any Compliance Training
• 3 years of Bank Account Verification and Screening experience or KYC and Enhance Due Diligence Process
• Should have expert knowledge and experience with MS Office especially with MS Excel
• Having research skills and MS Office Certification
