HR Manager  

Human Resources is the main service of Penbrothers! We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic individual looking to be part of a multinational and evergrowing team who services the top start-ups in Manila! As the HR Manager, you will be part of the pioneer team in crafting the vision, direction and strategies of the HR team of Penbrothers. You will be working closely with Top Management, fellow HR professionals and a core team of passionate people!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in creating the plans and strategies that the HR team will implement
• Identify, develop, and evaluate strong HR policies and services that cater to Penbrothers and its clients
• Liaise with Penbrothers' clients to determine how we can add value to our existing services
• Works alongside Top Management with decision making, direction-setting and evaluation.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Ideally 3-5 years experience as a Manager
• Results driven with an ability to execute independently
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions
• Strong work ethic and ability to solve problems quickly
