Inbound Associate  

The account is a vintage bag and accessory curator currently supplying both online and offline shops in Europe, Middle-East, US and Asia, with authentic pre-owned items from high-end brands. Based in Manila and reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the successful candidate will be the overall responsible for managing the company’s partner warehouses and its entire cross-country logistics network.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the warehouse and ensures that the manpower and resources are sufficient to process the products in the specified timeline
• Monitors the processing lead time of all the arrivals in the warehouse and ensures that all noncompliance are reported within the agreed period with the suppliers.
• Monitors the daily productivity of the stations
• Conducts weekly performance assessment per station with the warehouse to identify the bottlenecks in the processes
• Quarterly audits the compliance of the warehouse to the inbound standard processes
• Improve the performance of the warehouse through cascades of new processes and training
• Closely coordinate with the Product Team to review the planned vs actual volume and monitor the delivery accuracy
• Monitor noncompliance and misalignment of the processes vs standards

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in ecommerce, warehousing and logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Japanese is an advantage.
• Experience in International Logistics, Warehouse Management, Resource and Manpower Planning, and Forecasting is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Experience working with Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon is an advantage.
