Accounting Interns  

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate is in-charge of performing various accounting and finance-related tasks that will support the overall business of Penbrothers.

• Assist in maintaining and checking client and supplier trackers.
• Releasing of check payments to suppliers.
• Assist in the issuance of official receipts and acknowledgement receipts to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of check vouchers and check payments.
• Assist in the preparation of check vouchers and check payments.
• Encoding of weekly reports/summary of receipts and disbursements.
• Participate in the necessary bank transactions needed.
• Reconciliation of accounts.

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in any Accounting related course (Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance management) or any business course as long as knowledge in the accounting principles and finance can be demonstrated.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hard-working and self-driven.
• Has good communications skills, both oral and written.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Team-player who can work with diverse individuals collaboratively.
• Must have keen attention to details.
• Able to plan, prioritize, and work to tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Candidate must possess integrity and accountability.
• Flexible in terms of working hours.
