Technical Support Specialist  

WE WANT YOU TO:

• Deliver high-quality support to all end-users in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform installations, upgrades, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and fine tuning of desktops and laptops (Windows and Mac)
• Be responsible in the installation and deployment of network printers and phone systems
• Manage IT equipment including desktop computers, printers, monitors, phones and other general peripherals
• Actively monitor and manage IT Helpdesk requests
• Maintain an inventory of company assets
• Be able to rack and stack servers and be responsible in server cabling and patching

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
• At least two (2) years of related work experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
• Hands-on experience with Mac OS
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and windows networking
• Good knowledge of wired and wireless networks
• Good understanding of Service Desk and ticket management
• Knowledge in Office 365 is a plus
• MCSA, CCNA, A+ Certification – not a requirement but an advantage
