Customer Service Representative (Australian Account)  

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Switchboard Operator. You will be the person to answer the phone and transfer to whoever the call is for and generate leads for our consultants. This person needs to have excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Operate communication systems, such as telephone, switchboard, intercom, two-way radio, or public address.
• Answer all incoming calls, provide pertinent information to the caller and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
• Conduct other administrative tasks, including sending faxes, scheduling appointments and making orders for more supplies
• Relay voicemails and other messages to the proper location within the organization, which may entail writing down the number of the person who called and providing it to the individual

• Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in call center environment
• Excellent Communication skills in English.
