Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Become the gatekeeper of our JIRA ticketing system. Organize queueing, properly format each ticket, ensure every ticket is handled by someone from the team.
- Build and maintain a strong documentation repository for all BI related works.
- Perform data mining and/or scraping as the business need requires.
- Assist users to define, clarify, and document reporting and analytical requirements
- Perform minor report troubleshooting, do regular rounds to check for failing reports that may have gone under the radar.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Organized approach on documentation. Should be able to effectively translate specific events or actions taken into a well-organized, easy to understand document.
- Good experience in multitasking and adapting inside a dynamic business environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Well versed in using MS Excel, especially using formulas to achieve a specific result.
- Excellent work ethic. Instances showing dependability and professionalism is required.
- Able to quickly learn and absorb standard practices, basic coding, and report development.
