Finance and Audit Team Leader (US Account)  

• Provide oversight to financial and regulatory processes, including compilation, review and technical assistance.
• Monthly preparation and review of Global payroll
• Working closely with team members based in the USA. Shifts will be USA time zones
• Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties (offshore and onshore), clients and audit firm personnel.
• Establish and support department and individual goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings
• Write and/or review various reports related to engagements and prepare ad hoc reports for the client upon request
• Troubleshoot fund accounting and client issues and attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge to be passed down to reporting finance specialist
• Coaching and performance management
• All day to day finance and treasury task included

• Certified Public Accountant
• Candidate who has managed or supervised a team of financial analyst (similar) for at least 2 years
• 5 years of financial or audit experience in financial institutions, BPO setup or with international companies
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S GAAP and IFRS is required
• Good English communication both oral and written
• Night shift is mandatory as working closely with staff based in the USA (10pm to 6am)
• Willing to work in Mckinley Hills, Taguig
