Agent Network Managers  

The ANMs responsibilities include;

• Training communities on the use of our app;
• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with our local brand ambassadors and end-users.
• Facilitating basic financial transactions through our app.
• Achieving company targets by driving traction on our app
• Providing inputs for user experience, product enhancements and new product development.

We currently have 3 openings who will cover the different territories of Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Agent Network Managers who have a sound and deep appreciation for our financial education and inclusion advocacy. We welcome committed individuals who are ready to engage with unbanked and underserved communities in the urban jungle or in the countryside.

He/she should be able to maintain rapport with the communities, identify with their needs, answer their questions about our products and services, and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in local language are preferred (Visayan, Ilocano, Bicolano)
