Customer Support Specialist  

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll help resolve various inquiries, concerns, and online payment issues of Paymentwall customers around the world across 25 time zones, 11 global offices, spanning 5,000 or more websites, games, and web services.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver quality service by responding to inquiries and concerns of customers accurately and in a timely manner;
• Utilize resources and administrative tools available for the Paymentwall team to deliver excellent customer support;
• Identify sources of issues as well as trends, communicate these to other Paymentwall teams and collaborate on strategies and workarounds;
• Work closely with the development team to provide information and recommendations to create back-end tools to best facilitate responses to our customers and improve our customer service product.

Paymentwall is seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and resourceful Customer Support Specialist (CSS) to provide excellent customer experience that is central to our business goals.

To qualify, you should have:

• A Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of customer support/call center/BPO experience preferred; Fresh graduates may apply
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Capacity and willingness to work full-time in Makati City, on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends

A plus if you have:

• Experience in working for a payments based company, i.e. credit card processing, e-Wallet, digital goods, banking or other payments related businesses, or
• Experience dealing with high volume responses

• Familiar with the digital goods space, web-based services, mobile services, and how customers make payments online;
• Customer service oriented, creative, collaborative, efficient, timely, and can think out of the box;
