Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Answering inquries on a desktop PC: viber desktop, SMS on Airdroid, chat, email (A company phone and SIM will be provided)
- Answering phone calls
- Order processing
- Handling customer complaints and returns
- Scheduling fitting appointments
- Data entry
- Other CS and Operational tasks that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must believe in our brand message
- At least 2 continuous years of experience in customer service in a call center
- Lives and breathes Customer Service!
- With at least 5Mbps broadband internet
- Has own PC or laptop
- Preferably 40 words-per-minute typing speed
- Can work online Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-6pm
- Fluent in verbal and written English/Filipino
- Confident and friendly
- Able to multi-task and thrive even during the stressful peak season
- With meticulous attention to detail - no t's are left uncrossed
- Tech-savvy and proficient with basic Windows applications (she can't live without technology)
- Mainly a work-from-home position, but will undergo training in the office based in Philam Homes, Quezon City (walking distance from SM North and Trinoma). Monthly face-to-face meetings may also be conducted in-office.
