Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manages the Station’s manpower, funds, and equipment.
- Manages the over-all performance of his stations.
- Ensures proper manning, adequate equipment support, and availability of operational funds (revolving and contingency).
- Manages and monitors the training requirements of each member of personnel.
- Ensures that training of all staff, both organic and third party are current, coordinates with appropriate training units to ensure currency.
- Prepares work schedule of staff based on flight plotting.
- Ensures that all queries and complaints are properly handled at all times, coordinating with other departments if/when/as required.
- Prepares and submits all required reports, both regular (Monthly Passenger and Excess Baggage Collection Report) and incident reports (safety violation, loading/offloading discrepancies).
- Monitors achievement of Key Performance Index (KPIs).
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by his Area Manager/Director – Ground Operations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year cours.
- Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience in an airline or ground handling company.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office applications.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Pleasing personality.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent team player
- Proactive in various situations.
- Willing to work extended hours and/or during holidays.
- Willing to be based in Cebu or Kalibo.
