The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Answering phone calls of the customers and see problems through resoultion.
- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Following standard procedures and escalations.

- College graduates are also accepted.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No call center experience needed
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
