Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Drive creative excellence through great art direction and design
- Manage and guide junior creative teams to deliver communications campaigns
- Supervise the production of creative work to ensure they are executed well
- Ensure the Brand Guidelines are adhered to
- Work with the CMO to understand business needs and be able to make strategic call on media placements and target audience
- Understand standard creative production costs and value to make the best decision for any production work in the creative department
- Manage, guide and nurture more junior creatives on daily basis and provide constructive input to coach and guide more junior teammates
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bahasa speaker.
- At least a Diploma in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design or equivalent.
- Excellent art direction and design skills
- Knowledge of design and technology trends
- Competent with Photoshop/Illustrator/After Affects In Design or its equivalent
- Able to assess copy, even if you’re art-based
- A strategic creative thinker
- Good command of English
- An amazing portfolio of brand building work and awards (portfolio is required to be sent together with CV)
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Good conceptual, communications and presentation skills
