Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Run general industry related errands
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
- Set up, break down, organize, update company calendars
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
- Additional tasks will be assigned based on each departments
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Undergraduate students from reputable University
- Students must have at least a 3.0overall GPA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and planning skills and Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Have a great willingnes to lean new thing
- Available full time for at least 3 months
