Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage a team of key account managers and ensure that they meet their KPIs
- Drive and develop overall account specific growth strategies and approaches
- Assign key accounts for each category to its respective KAMs
- Create/design performance benchmark for key accounts in respective categories
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Any Bachelor’s Degree, with minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management, Sales and Business Development
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven abilities in negotiating with and influencing customers and staff at all levels
- Able to understand complex business requirements and craft custom solutions
- Good knowledge of retail/F&B/service/payment industries
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in campaign planning, idea generation and measurement
- Positive attitude, high level of integrity, willingness to go the extra mile
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well
- Ability to lead a team
