Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Support to Financial product, primarily loan and insurance product
- Design and develop end-to-end loan application, disbursement and repayment process
- Develop SOP and procedure required
- Settlement and reconciliation
- Set up connectivity with bank and third party as channel for loan operations (disbursement and repayment)
- Develop model and set up customer complaint management
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure end-to-end process flow smoothly within SLA
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Business Management / Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of progressive experience
- Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. finance, customer service etc.)
