UX Research Lead  

Summary

As a UX Research Lead, you will build a leading user research team in financial industry that will be the next role model and success story. You will define how the team work in delivering rich and meaningful insight from our users so that we always embrace customer centricity in every decision making process. You will also drive the research strategy to reach company vision and bring positive impact to Indonesia’s financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day research tasks and ensure the best research quality.
• Give user-centered advice and insights on product development process.
• Proactively improve the research process and operational standard.
• Build a user research strategy to reach company and product vision.
• Proactively find user research opportunities to advocate the design thinking implementation on every project.
• Define the right research activities to solve the problem and build a clear research plan based on it.
• Proactively involving stakeholders in understanding our user through research activities (user immersion, co-creation, etc)
• Grow user research team, in both hard and soft skill.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in research industry (specific user research is a plus).
• 1 years experience in design or research leadership roles.
• Experience in building research team and improve the process and operational standard.
• Experienced in conducting interviews, contextual inquiry, usability studies, surveys and other research methods.
• Strong analysis in quantitative & qualitative data to produce clear & sharp insights.
• Resourceful with high curiosity and attention to details.
• Understand the Design Thinking process and have experience in implementing it.
• Highly motivated to understand human needs and find the root cause of their pain points.
• Ability to manage clear & well-organized documentation.
• Good communication skills with a proactive mindset to solve problems.
• Good English conversation & writing skills.
