Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To manage and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- To track the performances of key accounts (transaction volume, frequency, average basket size, etc)
- To plan and lead tactical campaigns for key accounts in order to achieve objectives set (more transactions, etc)
- To handle any request/needs from key accounts and coordinate efforts from various teams to achieve them
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- To plan for activation events to drive OVO awareness and generate traffic
- To negotiate partnership agreement for branding, merchant acquisition and activation activities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- >5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business DEvelopment or Client-Facing roles
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in campaign planning, idea generation and measurement
- Positive attitude, high level of integrity, willingness to go the extra mile
- Able to understand complex business requirements and craft custom solutions
- Good knowledge of retail/F&B/service industries
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well
