Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To measure, analyze, and report performance of merchants and the merchant acquisition team
- To recommend action plans to improve performance of merchants and productivity of the merchant acquisition team
- To prepare the budget for the whole sales & partnership team and track and control cost incurred in sales-related activities
- To assist in research for developing sales strategy
- To support sales team’s analytics needs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- >3 years of relevant experience in consultancy or analytics role
- Experience in descriptive and quantitative statistics and in the manipulation, analysis and visualization of data
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages to the audience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, while maintaining a big picture outlook
- Able to operate independently and make sound decisions, but a team player with collaborative attitude and enjoys working in teams
