Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will turn complex technical language into understandable documents for users
- Will work collaboratively with both development staff and other writers
- Will research and interpret data on user feedback
- Must have a customer-centered approach
- Must be open to training in the software or hardware products the company - is developing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A bachelor’s degree in writing, English, or Engineering is preferred
- A demonstrated ability to adapt technical language into user language is essential
- Has min. 1-2 years experience writing technical documentation or API specification for internal and external audience
- Strong interpersonal skills are required
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and others editing software is required
- First-rate interviewing skills are recommended
- The ability to be detail-oriented and thorough in research is critical
