Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Creating a system for achiving of historical/old documents and filing of new documents
- Maintaining and making sure that standart procedures are followed through for preparation, reviewing, and signing of legal documents
- Maintaining worksheet, confidential documents, and other forms
- Drafting simple letters and documents, organize meetings, preparation of documents, scheduling courier
- Enhances department reputation by supporting the lawyers for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in secretarial study (a graduate from LPK Tarakanita is a plus)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS Words, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
- Ability to work in a team as well as indepedently
- Professional, good initiative, reliable, and mature
