Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Report to Physiatrist in-charge any concerns pertaining to patient care
- Accepts referrals made by Physiatrist in-charge for physical therapy services including but not limited to patient evaluation, treatment and documentation.
- Coordinates with all members of the Rehabilitation Team concerning patient status and progress dealing accordingly with necessary modification and adaptation.
- Document objective findings regarding patients’ status, progression and/or regression and may also include suggestions regarding patient care.
- Maintains an orderly and clean Rehabilitation Department.
- Makes proper endorsement to patient for continuity of treatment and avoidance of duplication of it.
- Reports defective and malfunction treatment modalities or equipments for repair and construction.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a registered Physical Therapist
- Knowledge in the field of work and able to adapt with the everyday load of patients.
- Exhibits skills in relation to work and in dealing with every patient, department head, staff and all employees of the hospital.
