Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Gathering information and conducting a room to room visiting of industrial/HMOs in-patients.
- Reporting all HMO admissions to their respective HMOs.
- Preparing discharge and finalizing the State of Account for the in-patient.
- Prepare the Daily report of all in-patient discharge as per industrial/HMOs on MS Excel.
- Issuing of out-patient referrals/consultations.
- Verifying HMOs member ID card to their respective HMOs.
- Issuing of out-patient laboratory and diagnostic procedure.
- Request Approval Code for the laboratory and diagnostic procedure and OR/OPD refers by the affiliated doctors of the hospital to their respective HMOs.
- Preparing the daily summary tally sheet of out-patient consultation of every HMOs.
- Preparing the daily summary tally sheet of out-patient laboratory and diagnostic procedure of every HMOs.
- Encoding daily summary tally sheet of outpatient’s consultation and procedures on MS Excel.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course from a reputable college or university;
- Capability to respond to the needs of patients/customers with keen details, good communication and able to write correspondences, can work under minimum supervision, computer literate;
- Preferably Male;
- More than a year of relevant experience in the same capacity.
