Sales Consultant  

The Sales Consultant shall provide his/her services primarily for all real estate developments of OCLP - Capitol Commons, Greenhills, Ortigas East and Circulo Verde.

Tasks, duties and responsibilities:

• Prospect for clients
• Conduct project presentations and site trips
• Ensures closing of sales
• Manning of on-site sales offices and/or an off-site sales booth as assigned
• Attendance of all OCLP sales and promotional activities and functions as required;
• Attendance of sales meetings conducted by Sales Managers and by the office
• Preparation of reports if neccessary
• Facilitate after sales service
• Ensure collection of required documents and fees
• Other tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be required

• Coachable people who are willing to learn about state-of-the-art sales and negotiation and techniques
• Driven individuals that are willing to do any task at hand to get the job done
• Confident and brave
• Can work well with a team and help in collaboration
• Willing to go the extra mile when needed and can think out of the box
• Having a good network is a plus but not a requirement
• Sales experience is not a requirement - fresh graduates are most welcome to join!
