Sales Manager  

Managerial Responsibilities:

Manage overall Sales Operations;

• Plans and implements sales activities in order to meet targets;
• Conduct Periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and makes appropriate recommendations on personnel promotions and sanction for specific violations;
• Motivate subordinates to perform their respective task to achieve the company goal;
• Ensure teamwork among personnel within the departments;

Sales Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly and monthly sales targets and ensures that these are being met in terms of sales volume and corresponding peso value, recruitment targets in terms of activation and generation of newly- recruited sellers;
• Check budget allocation based on scheduled activities of all project such as open houses, saturations, recruitment drives, sales assemblies, annual sales parties;
• Prepare memo to SLDRI regarding schedules of open house activities;

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Sales & Marketing, Management or Equivalent;
• Preferably Licensed Broker;
• At least three (3) years of work experience in Sales and Marketing
• Organized and aggressive;
• Excellent people handling and customer service skills;
• Can recruit, train and manage salespeople;
• Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong Leadership and motivational skills.
