Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Evaluate opportunities within territory and apply sales resources (personal time, effort and corporate assistance) where greatest rewards can be obtained. Work with other Sales Team members to leverage accounts with multi-regional or national presence.
  • Present the company's solutions to groups of managers as well as to individual decision-makers.
  • Conduct job site surveys, prepare Job Cost Accounting estimates, prepare and submit proposals, and close deals.
  • Coordinate project execution and acquisition of satisfied clients with company field and internal support functions.
  • Develop and optimize commercial relationships with hotel owners, management groups, hotel brands, in conjunction with the corporate sales strategy and overall market positioning effort.
  • Identify and resolve problems and opportunities which may stand in the path of additional business for the company and participate in the resolution of same.
  • Develop and analyze sales territory performance measures through company systems reporting, and take action based on the measures.
  • Provide feedback to management, disseminate successes, failures, best practices; gather ideas and best practices from others inside and outside of the company.
  • Work with other associates to streamline work processes and exploit opportunities.
  • Execute detailed evaluation, information exchange, negotiations, and due diligences to resolution (sign the customer or move on).
  • Oversee ongoing administrative requirements – JCA preparation, proposal creation, transaction execution, payment advice review, agreement amendments and CRM, Salesforce.com upkeep.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Identify and engage potential sales channel relationships through prospecting and
  • through follow-up on internal company referrals.
  • Ability to travel 50-60%.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required
  • 5 years or more of experience with Systems Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management and /or B-to-B sales. Lodging Industry experience desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling C-level executives as well as engineers, hotel operators, and hotel managers
  • Ability to interact with Architects, Specifying Engineers and Hotel Designers
  • Proven negotiation skills, and experience managing complex sales
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency with PC software. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with setup and ongoing management and development of direct accounts
