Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Generating of purchase request and order.
- Purchasing requested goods and materials for assigned restaurant
- Inquiring about discrepancies from purchased materials to the delivered items by the supplier.
- Preparing and managing of inventory report for the movement of stocked goods and raw materials.
- Monitoring of inventory of each branch on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Preparing and managing of inventory of assets and equipment.
- Monitor and modify the master list of the prices of raw materials needed by branch.
- Ensuring proper transmittal of documents and preparation of gate pass on a timely basis.
- Securing the necessary business permits and licenses annually.
- Facilities and office management including housekeeping.
- Recommending improvements to the work processes as required/needed
- Promoting a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College degree is a must with any business related course
- Purchasing experience from the restaurant industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
